These burgers are first class and have the right amount of flavour seasoning. The best recipe I have come across for burgers. Try this!!

Deliciously moist and juicy burgers. Perfect for a barbeque or grilled for a quick and tasty dinner.

Ingredients

800g lean beef mince
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 slice bread (processed or grated into breadcrumbs)
Good long squeeze of tomato ketchup
Generous dollop of sweet chilli sauce
Salt
Pepper

(finely chopped chilies are optional)

Method

Mix the mince and eggs together.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add in the onion and mix well.

Add the finely processed breadcrumbs.

Add a good squeeze of tomato ketchup and sweet chilli sauce. This will ensure they are nice and moist.

Shape into patties.

I cook them in a griller - sealing them first by closing the hot plate and then opening the lid to cook them - flipping regularly. Be careful not to overcook them so that they remain moist.
