Delicious, and you won't be able to stop eating!

Quick to make and will satisfy the sweetest of tooths.


100g unsalted butter
200g white chocolate
200g digestive biscuits
60ml (1/4 cup) golden syrup
150g dark chocolate chips


Line an 8" square tin with cling film.

Crush the digestive biscuits.

Melt the butter, white chocolate and syrup in a pan. It will look like it's seperating so keep stirring until it comes together.

Let it cool slightly.

Add enough digestive biscuits to get a stiff mixture. Then add the chocolate chips (mine kind of melted through the mixture a bit).

Let is cool in the fridge, then cut into small pieces.

Variations - you could try making it without adding the chocolate to the mixture, melting it and spreading it on top.
