Try this simple and quick sweet treat that adults and children love. Use the best quality chocolate you can (I use Callebaut 53% cocoa)

Ingredients

100g unsalted butter
75g golden syrup
150g milk chocolate
50g dark chocolate
150g rice krispies
150g dark chocolate chips

Method

Line a 9" square tin with cling film.

Melt the butter, syrup, milk and dark chocolate in a pan over a low heat.

Take off the heat and add to the krispies, mixing well.

Add the dark chocolate chips and mix well.

Pour into the pan and level off.

Chill for 4 hours before cutting into small squares.
