Rum Balls


These rum balls when made with quality chocolate will make any chocolate lover extremely happy


340g Dark choc
1 carton sour cream (300ml)
1/2 cup coco
1/2 cup icing sugar
110g butter
2 tbsp rum
1 cup coconut
1 pack nice biscuits crumbed
extra coconut for rolling rum balls in


Combine mix all dry ingredients

Melt chocolate and butter. Mix in sour cream then combine with dry ingredients and rum

Refrigerate until firm

Roll into small balls then into coconut
