Asian Style Salmon recipe

This is such a quick and easy dish to prepare and the results are 5 star. This is dinner party standard and so EASY. Please try it!!
Time Cooking: 15 minutes
Serves: 4

I made up this dish after being on holiday in Malaysia and tasting something similar. Play about with it to suit your taste.


1 cup Kecap Manis (sweet soy sauce, I use ABC brand)
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 large garlic clove (crushed, chopped finely or grated with a mircroplane)
Juice of half a lemon
Generous grinding of black pepper
Dried chilli flakes to taste (I use quite a lot!)
Coriander to garnish

Note: Do not add salt as the sweet soy sauce is salty enough


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Place 4 pieces of salmon an ovenproof dish and pour the sauce over it.

Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked.

Serve with steamed jasmine rice and garnish with coriander.
